WARRANTY
Devine Blinds
warrants to the original purchaser that the product
manufactured by Devine Blinds is free from
defects in material and workmanship under normal use and as
long as the product remains in the original window. This
warranty extends only to the original purchaser of the
product.
This warranty
shall not apply to any of the parts that have failed due to
accident, negligence, alterations, misuse, abuse, improper
handling, installations, or maintenance. Failure to follow
instructions for operating or installing the product, loss of
color intensity due to exposure to the sun over a long time,
exposure to salt air, or normal wear and tear will also void
this warranty.
Devine Blinds
obligation under this warranty shall be limited to the repair
or exchange of any parts or components that may prove
defective in normal use within the life of the blind.
Devine Blinds reserves the right to inspect any
product or component prior to repair, replacement, or
refunding of the purchase price. In no event shall
Devine Blinds be liable for transportation costs.
Devine Blinds will not be liable for cost of
removal or re-installation of the product, or incidental
damages.

purchaser shall be responsible for the transportation cost of
the product to our manufacturing plant.
