How do I measure my windows properly?
It's easy. Just follow our simple measuring guide

Do you use my measurements?
No. Once you decide to do business with us, we will send out
one of our customer service representatives to meet you in
your home and do a full measure. At this time we will go over
the placement of wands, cords etc. Your measurements that are
sent to us are for estimates only. A final price will be given
once the exact measurements are taken at your home.
What happens if I live out of
your access area?
We get a lot of emails and phone calls from out of town
customers who would like to purchase our products. That's not
a problem. You will be required to measure your own windows,
but we will help you get the exact measurements for a factory
fit. Make sure you let us know where you live and we can work
together to make sure you get the best deal with proper
measurements and proper installation.
What do you mean by inside & outside mount?
This refers to the way in which the treatment will be hung,
either inside or outside the window opening. Inside mounts are
mounted inside the window opening that is recessed from the
wall. Outside mounts hang outside the window opening either on
the wood frame or above and beyond the wood frame. Inside
mount is the most common way to hang blinds today and provides
a nice, clean look. Outside mounts are great for doors or
windows with a very shallow windowsill depth. An outside mount
can also be used to make a window appear larger or to hide an
unattractive window.

Sorry, we don't. But we do try our best to make all
of the information for our products available on our site. If
you have any trouble finding the information you need just

Can I change or cancel my
order?
All custom products are made to order and production normally
begins the day after an order is placed. Therefore we are
happy to change or cancel custom product orders as long as we
are contacted in the proper time frame.
How long will it take to receive my order?
After your order is submitted it is reviewed by our customer
service department then sent into production. Custom products
usually ship within 5 to 8 business days. If there is a
product backorder that will delay your order we will let you
know ASAP. In most cases, while other companies make you wait
3-4 weeks for delivery and installation, we try to have all of
our jobs completed 2 weeks after ordering.
I want to get
