a) After one year, Devine Blinds reserves the right to cancel it's relationship with a  dealer in the event they do not meet sales expectations for their exclusive area.

b) New dealers will not be allowed to use "Devine Blinds" as their company name. You will be required to open a legal business name or sole proprietorship.

c) All new dealers in Canada will be responsible for shipping charges FOB Edmonton, Alberta. All of our shipping in the United States will be free. For our Canadian dealers we recommend setting up a trucking or UPS account.

d) All orders will be placed through Devine Blinds via fax or phone. All orders will be confirmed. Dealers will be required to pay upfront for all orders. Because we are dealing with custom products, full payment is always required and we recommend this for your customers as well.

e) Devine Blinds is not responsible for incorrect measuring or poorly installed products. New dealers will be taught how to measure with full support on-line and over the phone. There are no refunds on ordered blinds.

f) The exclusive selling area is determined by the new dealer and Devine Blinds. Devine Blinds will not sell into your area and no other dealers will be allowed to locate in your exclusive area.

g) Wholesale pricing is your exclusive buying agreement with Devine Blinds. Prices are subject to change.  Wholesale price lists will allow you to be very competitive in your market, offering the best in custom made window fashions. Devine Blinds will also supply you with a "retail price list".

h) Personalized training will  take place at your location as well as via the internet. In most cases, a representative from Devine Blinds will arrive in person for training sessions. Once these sessions are complete it is the dealer's responsibility to educate themselves on the products and options available.  Support is available via internet and phone.

i) Marketing support will include help with marketing techniques for the new dealer to advertise and obtain future business in their exclusive area.

j) Payment for dealership is non-refundable or negotiable. Payment is also required in full prior to the shipping of sales kits, samples, price lists etc. No price lists are released until payment is made. We will supply you with example wholesale pricing if required. We guarantee very competitive pricing.

k) Website option will be paid in full at the time of ordering (approx: $1500). Once purchased, the new dealer's site will have full access to all of our product pictures and descriptions on the internet. Devine Blinds will allow new dealers to copy our site, but will not be allowed to use our name. Your new site will be turn key,  and you will have options for edits and additions.
